BeskrivningFor our client we are looking for 2 Digital Experience Consultants (Telecom)

We are looking for two persons that are comfortable in challenging the status quo and is able to argue their case in order to produce great digital solutions.

You are driven by curiosity and a constant urge to improve yourself and everyone around you. You know how to produce an idea from from start to finish. You know how to use data, user testing and prototyping to quickly test your designs. You also have the skill to execute final design with precision while articulating the decisions.

About the team:
The UX design team of this company is growing and they are in need of more great talent.
This is a fairly new department that was formed last year. Since then, they have redesigned the online sales channel, optimized the checkout flows, worked on the digital corporate identity for the company.

The team is humble, lean and ambitious. The guiding principles are; Data-driven, functional, usable and desirable. The ambition is to learn, grow and become better as individuals and as a team. The way they do it is by reflection, openness and clear individual- and group goals that we help each others to achieve. They also have a buddy system to help them learn from each other and prevent the projects being isolated rather share the knowledge. Since they are still growing and defining our team, they are constantly challenging and improving their process.

Your qualities as a Intermediate UX/Product Designer:

- Having user-centric approach
- User Experience & Digital Design background
- A curious challenger, always seeking to improve yourself and the team
- Able to articulate “why”, the design rationale and project goals
- Front-end knowledge – no need to code, just understand functionality and limitations
- Self-sufficient with the ability to produce any type of project from start to end
