The Opportunity
Sandvine is seeking a talented engineer with a background in software development and networking to expand our global professional services team. This position is an opportunity to join a highly skilled, top-notch production team.
As a Service Software Developer working on the Sandinve team, you will be responsible in helping develop, test and deploy custom solutions for our customers. You will also be required to work in close cooperation with our field/sales-, R/D- and TAC team. The position is based in our Malmö, Sweden office.
The Job
This job relies heavily on a strong background in software engineering, especially using technologies such as C, Java, Python, SOAP, JSON RPC and high availability technologies. Experience in using- and developing for Linux based systems is also required as that is the main development environment.
As all work in the professional services department is very customer focused, good social skills are also important and strong proficiency in speaking/writing English.
