Services Manager, Software Engineering with Procera/Sandvine, Malmo

The Opportunity
To strengthen our Global Services team Sandvine is looking for driven and skilled team player. The role of the Services Engineer Manager is to manage a global team of experienced engineers but also to engage hands-on with the development activities. With this comes also high-level project management of the projects that the team is assigned to.

The Job
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Set and follow up project team members targets, recruitment, salary setting, individual performance management, vacation planning, motivation.
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, according to specification. On time, on budget, with quality
Ensure that all projects are properly documented and available for the rest of the organization
Ensure that projects are performed and delivered with high customer satisfaction
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
Develop in C, Java or C++
