SEED: Executive Producer

We are looking for an Executive Producer for our research team.

You will collaborate and work with engineers, researchers, designers and artists and build forward looking solutions and products. We want passionate, creative, communicative and committed people. We also expect our team members to be involved and self-driven, and in return we provide great autonomy and true influence.

SEED is a R&D organization within Electronic Arts whose purpose is to explore new technologies and the creative opportunities that they enable for our future games. Our areas of research include, but are not limited to, virtual reality, procedural content generation, deep learning, realistic characters and how we build and render completely new game worlds.
We collaborate with world class teams all across Electronic Arts such as Battlefield, Need for Speed, Star Wars and Anthem, as well as the Frostbite Engine team and upcoming new games and IPs.

Things we like to see
• 15+ years of experience in the games industry
• Have led multiple AAA games from start to finish
• Expert understanding of player needs, business goals and drivers
• Strong experience working with and building innovative teams & products
• Champions a healthy collaborative & creative culture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
