Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find a Senior Frontend Developer to Oneflow. Their vision is to innovate the business and become the global market leader of digital contract handling. About the role

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Oneflow you will work closely together with a very talented, passionate and driven group of people with experiences from companies such as TriOptima and Klarna. They are an international team at Oneflow with colleagues from Sweden, Brazil, Germany, Malawi and France. In total, they are currently 20 people working from their office on Linnégatan in city centre Stockholm.

In your role as Senior Frontend Developer you will be working with Javascript using the framework React to create, develop and maintain the Javascript components. You will assume ownership over these components and continuously work to improve them and be a key player in driving new development forward. Oneflow is currently in an expansion-phase with a product that is stable, having been live for three years and showing continuous growth. Oneflow is at the ideal time in its lifecycle where the company is neither too big or too small, meaning you will have great autonomy over your work and implementation of your own ideas to improve the product.

Your days will primarily consist of, but not be limited to:

•Creating, developing and maintaining the Javascript software components 

•Continuously improve their single page application together with a great team

•Discussions and debates, both technical and non-technical

In addition to this you will play an active part in product development and feature planning, on a technical level as well as on a business and user experience level. They have a non-bureaucratic work culture without hierarchies and where they see everyone as equals. Oneflow believes that it is important for their developers to feel a strong sense of ownership and to be involved in all steps of product development, from feature planning to release. You will have a keen interest in bringing forth ideas and knowledge from previous experiences to help make Oneflow be at its best. 

Oneflow is looking for

Oneflow believes that you have at least three years work experience in Javascript (React) development. You probably have a strong interest or experience with building single page web applications and functional programming. It is especially meriting if you have a keen interest and valuable work experience of React, automated frontend testing, UX/UI, user interaction and design, Python and REST APIs. As a person we think that you have a curiosity not only for the latest things in tech, but for all things cultural and business related. You have a positive attitude and is capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
