Engineering Manager within fashiontech

Your role
Being in a role as Engineering manager, you will have staff responsibility for a part of our SW team while still working operationally in the team and other projects. You will be your team’s role model, meaning standing up for Looklet values and spreading their meaning and purpose. This means coaching the team, being a key person in making sure your employees can perform to their highest potential. Other than this, ensure a good work environment and a healthy atmosphere.

Your profile
We believe you are equally excited about technology as you are in leading and helping people forward. A “can-solve” attitude combined with drive and a strong sense of responsibility are qualities we hope to see in our next colleague. Working in an agile environment, you’ll have to be flexible in your way of working, meaning being able to take new routes and not only rely to processes and routines.

We believe you have experience in:
- Software Engineer by training
- Cloud based server architecture
- Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban
- Proven leadership experience
- Working with either Java or JavaScript (6+ years)

We also appreciate if you have experience from:
- Start-up experience, preferably companies with <100 people.
- Taken staff responsibility
