Customer Implementation Specialist to Bannerflow!

Bannerflow is growing and looking for a new Customer Implementation Specialist. You will work with training new customers in the Bannerflow platform, doing demos for potential new customers, guiding existing customers through setup and implementation and conduct technical support. Most of the job is done from the office at St Eriksgatan in Stockholm but you can also expect to travel about two days a month to Bannerflow’s customers in Sweden and Europe for training sessions and demonstrations. You work closely with the sales team, bringing your technical knowledge of the Bannerflow platform when needed into meetings with potential and existing customers. You will be a part of the Customer Success team and you report directly to the Customer Success Manager.

This is a recruitment and you will be hired directly by Bannerflow. You must be eligible to work in Sweden full time without restriction.

You probably have a bachelor in Systems science and you’re recently graduated or you’ve worked in a similar field for 3-5 years. You have knowledge regarding CSS, HTML and JavaScript, perhaps you’ve built your own website. It’s important that you feel confident speaking to anyone from a CEO to an everyday user of the platform, at their technical level. You are customer focused, positive and flexible. Bannerflow has customers all over the world and you will need to be fluent in English for this position. If you also speak Swedish, that is a bonus. Bannerflow is a growing company, looking for people to grow with them.
