Web Content Developer

Responsibilities include but not limited to: -
- Deliver technology projects on time, with high-quality results.
- Build websites and apps according to designs and functional specifications
- Write testable and maintainable code
- Maintain and document code
- Be responsible for testing and optimizing projects
- Continue to learn about new web technologies
- Software development of new features
- Investigate new technology and its suitability with regard to our existing system.
- Write baseline software to integrate new technology.
- Conform to software specifications and control changes during coding and following testing.
- Ensure back-up procedures are followed for code where required.
- Ensure code is written in a ‘modular’ fashion to enable a reasonable level of code re-use.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code is suitably documented and commented.
- Perform Testing of software and hardware.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- College degree and/or equivalent experience in Graphic Design and Web development.
- Experience in creating web apps and managing them.
-Experience in monetizing web apps
-Experience in leading a small Team of web designers and developers if needed.
Required Language Skills: English, Dari, Pashto

Key requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a web developer (or equivalent)
- Hardworking, honest, enthusiastic, and flexible; takes accountability seriously and possesses high integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Insanely curious and energetic about the future of the web and web development.
- Demonstrated fluency in Windows environment, Windows XP and Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in supporting software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Apache, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, XML, Python, Dreamweaver.
- Individual must have demonstrated skills and verified experience in web application programming, webmaster duties in a Windows and Linux environment, Adobe graphical tools, graphic manipulation and creation, and strong knowledge of web authoring tools.
- Database expertise in one or more of the following databases: Mango dB
