• M.Sc, B.Sc or equivalent
• have worked a couple of years with software development, probably as full stack developer or similar
• want to solve real customers problems and have an urge to see the whole lifecycle of what you develop
• recognize or have worked with: java, build systems (jenkins, maven), MySQL, hibernate, javascript (react, angularjs, nodejs), real time communication, jira, git
• are kick ass if you have also worked with any of: SIP, DevOps, Nagios/Icinga, ansible, docker, kubernetes, nginx, hazelcast, cassandra, large distributed systems
• like flexible working hours so that you can work when you are creative or support the life puzzle with kindergartens etc.
