About the concept

Experis Young is a concept where you as a recently graduate, with little or no experience, are given the opportunity to show your potential and at the same time get the chance to develop yourself in an international and world leading company. You will initially be an employee at Experis, but the intention is to land a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will work at a company which offers services and solutions within telecommunications in over 180 countries. This gives you a great potential to work internationally and with international projects. You will work in a team whose main work task involves developing technology of the future.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, office hour

Length of assignment: minimum of 6 months with good opportunity for permanent employment at our customer

City: Karlskrona

Who are you?

We are seeking candidates who have a combination of technical skills in programming, Cloud/Virtualization solutions, network and telecommunication together with personal qualities like good communicator, problem-solver and with a business mindset. You have good analytic ability and enjoy working with others in a team as well as working independently.

You have a degree in one of the following areas; Applied systems science, graduate engineer with focus on data & electronics, software engineering, statistics, algorithms, data analysis, bachelor degree in Media Technology with focus on programming, Java programmer, interaction design, system or software developing.

You must have knowledge of some of the following areas:

* Java SE (Java EE preferred)
* HTML/CSS/JS
* IP/network (including stacks and protocols)
* Cloud and virtualized environments/dockers
* Unix/Linux

Knowledge and interest of following areas is a plus:

* Machine Learning
* Data analytics and algorithms
* Telecommunication
* Databases/Clusters
* Mobile development Android and IOS
* Scripting & Perl

In order to succeed in this role, it is important that you are passionate about technology and that you aim on continuous development and improvement.
