Solution Process Developer for Continuous Integration

Function Description
Strategy, Architecture and Systems is a global support function within Volvo Construction Equipment Technology organization. We support all organizations involved in product development with processes, information infrastructure, continuous improvement and architecture frameworks. In our IT Solutions Portfolio Management we are now looking into strengthening our team in Eskilstuna with an experienced Continuous Integration system expert. This supports Volvo CE strategy to develop offers based on software for autonomous machines, and in general to provide additional functionalities through software and services development.

Responsibilities
As a Solution Process Developer for Continuous Integration you will be responsible for the development, delivery and implementation of efficient and automated ways of working in SW development and testing. This includes both methods and tools, as well as, the processes to meet customer needs. The position has four main objectives:
•Increase end user productivity
•Improve satisfaction for end users and managers of all supported functions
•Fulfill the role of method leader for capabilities in scope
•Fulfill the role of global key user for solutions in scope
•Deliver end user productivity within the responsibility area
•Elicit, synthesize and manage business requirements for Continuous Integration solutions
•Design, deploy and manage the overall Continuous Integration system configuration at Volvo CE
•Drive the optimization of the Continous Integration system to support most efficient way of working based on global variation in needs
