Digital Project Developer

Swedish Care International is looking for a Digital Project Developer to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. Our Digital Project Developer will lead the development of our different digital projects and coordinate the work with our external development partners. The position will be included in our project organisation and you will report to the Project Director.

We are looking for a person with experience of digital product development and product launching, on a global market. You are accustomed to collaborate and communicate with developers, executives and consumers.

Main responsibility
- Drive product development from conception to deployment. You will be responsible for defining the product road map and execute it in line with the organization strategy.
- Coordinate the digital development with our external digital developers.
- Work closely with the management and the other team members within the project organization.
- Be a part of a cross-functional team that practices agile development methodology. Set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals with close follow-ups.
- Take full ownership of the operative production and development of the digital projects.

As a part of the team, your role is to give the projects the support they need, contributing with every day tasks, creativity and hard work. The person we are looking for will become a key figure in making these projects grow and taking charge of their development together with the project director.

We are a smaller organisation that works in unchartered territory, focusing on spreading knowledge and education in the fields of elderly care and dementia around the world. Who are we looking for?
We need someone who is bright, dedicated, happy to contribute, extremely flexible, and a fearless doer. We believe the correct person for this job is very social as wells as humble - however, without being easily pushed over.

Must haves: Academic degree (Computer Science), fluency in Swedish and English and hopefully at least one more language). We expect applicants to have at least 4 years of experience.

- Experience within product management and/or digital development, business development.
- Great knowledge in digital solutions and development.
- Experience of working within an international organization.
- Experience and great technical knowledge within IT and digital solutions.
- You are interested in costumer and user experience.
- You love to learn all there is about new technology and digital solutions.
- You are innovative, goal oriented and analytical combined with an interested in business.
- You are extremely structured and used to work with a budget.

We would love the following add-ons in the applicants: IT-development skills, marketing insight, digital communication skills (for example WordPress, Google Analytics and social media) as well as a creative mindset.
