Axis Servitization Group is a strategic company initiative that manages and develops the products and services to improve the customer experience, maximize value, and provide a platform to enhance customer insights and relationships.

The servitization organization will be responsible for the servitization roadmap, governance and strategy within Axis as well as knowledge and global platforms to fulfill the servitization roadmap. The initial focus will be on subscription, hosted and financial services. The man task is to make sure that Axis and our business partners benefit not only from onetime purchases, but also from a recurring subscription business.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

This role sits at the intersection between product/R&D, Corp. Marketing & IT. You will drive innovation and set product direction for our trial experience and overall monetization experience, with a clear focus on customer experience and a strong understanding of the overall customer journey

Set the product strategy for the onboarding and trial experience and monetization flows
A/B test different experiences to see which effectively drive conversion.
Working to develop and communicate a vision for your product layer (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) and continue to refine through research and experimentation.
Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams from engineering, business intelligence, UX & design, marketing, sales, IT and R&D
Define a holistic customer journey from awareness of Axis all the way through to conversion of a subscription service.
Work closely with the rest of the company and Product management to ensure that trial and monetization efforts work seamlessly with the rest of the product/solution experience
Perform competitive analysis on the user experience of other products and services on a regular basis and validate our plans against competitive landscape.
 

WHO ARE YOU?

Success in this role will require the ability to motivate and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams. You should have experience working with engineers, designers and other product leaders

3-6 years of product management experience, ideally working on conversion and trial related products
Strong project management skills: From developing a detailed project plan to ensuring on time delivery
Teamwork and collaboration: You are effective at working with business teams and creating jointly owned goals and metrics
Love working in a fast paced, iterative, innovative environment. You move fast and motivate others.
Data driven: You love working with data. You have a proven ability to quantitatively analyze product concepts, strategic opportunities and competitive threats.
Customer driven: Customers love working with you and for your attentiveness, communication and action orientation
Product leadership: Engineers, product managers and designers will enjoy your focus and understanding of digital product design & development.
Experience partnering with design to create simple and intuitive web/mobile user interfaces
Excellent communication skills: You can communicate product ideas through mock-ups and sketches, you can present data analysis to a technical audience, you can speak to non-technical audience about growth related strategy.
BA/BS in computer science, statistics, Business Economics or a related field
UX experience.
