As the first Solutions/Support Engineer in what will be a growing support team you will be the product expert towards our customers in all steps of their usage of our platform. This means answering questions about platform functionality, helping them improve model performance, doing failure analysis or troubleshooting issues. It is important that you are curious, analytical and like driving things through, and since the role will include capturing your learnings in technical articles or knowledge base entries we also think you like documenting your progress.

We believe you understand things quickly, love problem solving and want to develop your knowledge within AI and Deep Learning. You get energy from helping and supporting customers and you want to move and grow with a changing organization.

Working closely with our development and AI experts teams
Supporting our customers and helping them be successful
Provide concrete suggestions for product improvements
Getting a thorough understanding of AI and Deep Learning

Requirements:

BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience in software and/or a technologically relevant field.
5-7 years of experience from similar type of work and environments
Programming experience in one or more of Java/Javascript/Python.
Excellent analytical skills, passion for pinning down technical issues and solving problems
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting web applications
Solid communication skills, ability to convey deep technical concepts in a simple and concise manner (both verbal and written).
Strong English skills
Machine Learning and/or Deep learning skills is a big bonus
Experience from QA is preferable
