About the Talent program
Jeppesen is now starting a talent program – “Earn Your Wings”, together with Sigma Young Talent.
We are looking for thirteen highly motivated young talents who have a deep technical interest to join the Jeppesen talent program, which will last for twelve months. During the talent program, you will get a deep insight into Jeppesen products, and you will learn about agile methods, programming and working in scrum teams. During the program, you will have a dedicated mentor and also get the opportunity to get to know the whole company and broaden your perspective by working in different departments. Together with your colleagues, you will participate in a project that will be presented to the Jeppesen management team before your program exam. During your time at Jeppesen you will combine work within your scrum team and the young talent program. For the talent program we are looking for newgrads who want to work with algorithms, Java, C++, C, Optimization, Python, and Linux.

When you apply to the program there are several different roles and teams to apply for; GUI, Optimization, Web and Mobile, platform, Customer Service Support, and Software customization engineer.

Who we are;
We are looking for social, technically competent, energized individuals to work with our aviation crew planning product, working tightly with clients in an international environment.
You will attain a deep technical understanding of our products, inside and out, working together with the customer’s in-house support team. As a service manager you will spend most of your time working with;

Analyzing code to assist client support team in finding solutions and workarounds to problems.
Analysis of core application, customization layer, and network/environment in order to identify root cause.
Inspecting new functionality, and existing functionality that your clients do not use, to help them realize business benefits.
Inform clients of new releases and report on adherence to Service Level Agreements.

Who you are;
You most likely have a bachelor’s or Master’s degree within (or close to) the field of computer science. Technical challenges and solving problems excite you! You are skilled at programming but don’t want to write code every day. You enjoy a variety of challenges of a highly technical nature.
