Rebtel is looking for a Brand Designer/Art Director

 
Role:

As the brand designer/art director at Rebtel you will be responsible for defining and keeping both the visual and conceptual language of our brand together. You will be executing a wide range of marketing campaigns, from digital to print, and be able to help guide other designers, possess great attention to detail, and be able to successfully meet deadlines in a self sufficient manner. You will have the ability to articulate creative concepts and work with external clients, designers, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality creative that supports and meets the design standards and guidelines at Rebtel.

 
Responsibilities:

Work closely with the copywriter and creative director to create concepts and content that best tells our story to our users
Work closely with the community and product teams to establish and maintain our design standards and guidelines
Create and iterate on assets that allow for a consistent brand experience across all deliverables, such as online graphics, presentations, tradeshow creatives, web content, advertising, prototypes, and printed materials.
Develop the design reasoning and explain your thoughts and decision to cross-functional teams, which will require the ability to articulate and express your thoughts and concepts both verbally and visually
Execute a variety of design requests in a timely and professional manner

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferred
Experienced with a strong portfolio to showcase the range of abilities including both print and digital media
Experience in directing photo shoots and campaigns is a plus
Strong knowledge of current digital platforms (web design and email template design)
Strong conceptual thinker and creative problem solver
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with designers, peers, and
internal and external clients
Attention to detail and a focus on quality is a must
Extensive experience and proficiency with current graphic design software and tools, practices and procedures including Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, Keynote and others
Understanding of, and ability to design for, current social media platforms
Extensive knowledge of production processes for print, environmental and digital media
Expert knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, possibilities and limitations of media
