Senior Software Development Engineer to Fintech in Malmö

We are looking for a senior software development engineer who has a passion for new technologies and a drive for innovation. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on a product that is highly appreciated by SME entrepreneurs, something that has a positive impact on the way they manage their business and its finances. You are a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be the lead developer responsible for the development of our platform. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.  As part of a small team, you will be working on diverse and interesting tech challenges including machine learning. 

Responsibilities:
- Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
- Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the project meets business objectives and compliance standards
- Support test and deployment of new services and features
- Participate in code reviews
- Lead the software development team and work with management, user experience and technical publication team.

Qualifications:
- Masters' degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
