Junior Systems Specialist to NYX Interactive

We are looking for a Systems Specialist to our operations team. As a Systems Specialist you are part of the team that operates NYX Interactive’s platforms. You will provide support and services both internally and to external customers and work with maintenance, patching and backup of existing systems. The focus will be on problem solving in production and test systems, both in terms of infrastructure as well as NYX applications. In addition to this you will install NYX applications and systems applications in customer´s production and test environments. The team is also responsible for running the company's internal production system.

We are looking for someone who has formal training in system manangement of Windows and Linux servers. We think you have or are to complete a college education and want to start a career in interesting and challenging IT-operations. We think you enjoy the task of understanding the dependencies and system-flows in computerized systems.

As a person you like problem solving and to immerse yourself in applications and system logs. You enjoy learning new tools and environments and take on tasks independently and with accuracy. Since NYX Interactive is an international company, it is important that you can express yourself in English, both spoken and written.

Your profile
• Knowledge of Unix/ Linux or Windows Server 2008/2012 system management
• Understanding of SQL server
• Understanding of scripting
• Knowledge of networks
