On this global digital journey, we need another creative User Experience Designer with a strong interest in digital retail. Are you up for the challenge?

We are looking for a UX Designer to join the Experience Design team at H&M. We are a team of UX Designers and Service Designers who together are responsible for the end-to-end digital experience of our customers. As a UX Designer at H&M, you will get the chance to work in a global company where your work will affect a big number of customers in all H&M markets.

Your responsibilities
The job of a UX Designer at H&M comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your main responsibilities are to:
• Lead the design in projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple launches with significant UX design responsibility
• Research user behaviors, validate concepts with end users and turn insights into value-adding products and services
• Contribute to visionary work and idea generation
• Visualize and prototype design concepts at varying levels of fidelity, from paper to interactive digital prototypes for mobile apps and web
• Collaborate with Visual Designers, Developers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and other stakeholders
• Be the voice and advocate of the customer, constantly up-to-date with the latest trends, design possibilities and thinking within digital product design
• Facilitate creative workshops and collaborative sessions with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop and refine user-centered design processes and best practices

Your skills
Just like people at H&M, we believe you’re a social, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. In order to be successful in this role we believe you have:
• Proven experience delivering great UX design as a UX designer, information architect, interaction designer or similar.
• Excellent communication skills together with analytical thinking and problem-solving capability. You love to simplify the complex into the digestible and present across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• Strong conceptual thinking with an ability to understand user’s needs, motivations and behaviors and translate them into actionable deliverables
• A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team
• A true team player willing to share your skills and experience with the rest of the design team and organization.
• Interest in, or preferable experience from, working with e-com.

The position is full time and based at our Head Office in central Stockholm, Sweden.
