Public Safety is a unit within Saab that develops complex, large, business-critical management systems in the area of civil security on a global market. Our systems are used by police departments, security guards, cash-in-transport operations, airports and the transport segment. We work closely with our customers and are driven by a strong customer and user focus.
We work in teams using scrum and agile methods. For us competence development and knowledge exchange are important, as well as providing the best opportunities for our teams to deliver a quality product to our end customer. Your role
We want to take the next step in our development process and we need you to help us. You will work with several agile teams in order to improve our ways-of-working with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Your main tasks will be streamlining our development process using automation, simplification and coordination of ways-of-working.
Our development work is done in .NET and we use tools as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, TeamCity, TestRail and SpecFlow.
We coach and support each other and develop together. With your colleagues you will plan, prioritize, evaluate and develop your work and collaboration with all the teams to achieve even better results. We are depending on your dedication and ideas to bring our products, customer and business forward!

Your skills and experience
We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a safer society, where people can feel secure. As a minimum, you must have a B.Sc. in Data/IT/System Development and experience working with DevOps. Prior knowledge of our tools is something we see as important but we are also looking for new tools to improve our processes.
The successful applicant will be someone with an interest in simplifying, coordinating and automating processes in order to free up time and ensure quick software deliveries with high quality. You are self-reliant and dedicated, you are a team player and will inspire your colleagues to deliver the best outcome.
