At Vehicle Software & Electronics, we are responsible for developing a great user experience based on the real customer needs realized in the electrical system. The Active Safety department has been one of the fastest growing field of Volvo Car Group over the last decade thanks to rapid development of Active Safety systems. By continuously launching innovative and world-first Active Safety features. Volvo Cars has positioned itself among the leaders in the automotive industry.

We have an Agile Organization in SAFe structure where we develop our product features and functions continuously in Product Streams with a complete lifecycle responsibility. Active Safety is mainly for Autonomous Driving Product Stream, within which we have Agile Release Trains (ART).

We are now searching for a System Analysis Engineers who will be focusing on system analysis and verification for the AD ECU and AD System. You will be part of the AD Agile Release Train, this team works for AD platform, which includes AD Primary Module, AD System. You will use smaller test environments like test bench, rigs, mini-HIL for quick testing, and use Boxcar/complete HIL and test vehicles for testing, you will also share workload from the scrum team to support each other, no limitation for contribution.

Who are you?

You have a passion for Autonomous Driving and ADAS, you have good knowledge about testing technique, tools and test environment set up, optimization and innovation, you are happy to help teams for relevant tasks. You are structured, have good communication skills and easy to cooperate, flexible to change. You need to feel comfortable with Agile way of working, and should be flexible for work scope adjustment.

Requirements:
* MSc or BSc in Engineering, Electronics, Physics or similar
* 3+ years of relevant work experience, or at least 1 year experience exactly from the same area
* Good knowledge of Vector products, experience in CANoe, CANalyzer and/or CANApe
* Knowledge of embedded system verification, methods and tool chains
* Good at problem investigation and troubleshooting, technical supporting
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Meritorious
* Experience of sensor or system analysis & verification in automotive industry
* Experience of Linux/Unix development environment, programming in C/C++, Python, Linux shell
* Experience of working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe way, experience of test automation and CI
* Structured and efficient planning and presentation skills
