Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) Officer

Group IT's role in Swedbank is to provide the bank with a stable IT operation that is up and running 24 hours per day. About the job In the role as SIRT Officer you would be responsible to handle IT security incidents to minimize their impact to avoid escalation to crisis, both hands-on and as an advisor.

You will be interacting and collaborating both cross borders and across organizational dimensions, within the bank as well as externally.

The SIRT Officers are acting with high integrity and escalate risk issues where the risk/reward tradeoffs are not appropriate.

On-call duties should be expected on a rotating basis in schedule less than a week a month.

What you need to succeed You have a track record in IT security or incident response
You can keep several tasks running in parallel, able to work whenever there's no clear ruling available, under stressful conditions and are able to perform under pressure to deadlines
You are passionate about what you do; show initiative, and are a strong team player, preferably with cross-border experience
Good verbal and written communication skills in English are a necessity
General experience, with deep knowledge of at least one is needed: Windows, Linux, computer networks, forensics, log analysis, and network traffic analysis

An advantage would be given to candidates experienced in Java or Python, OSINT, malware reverse engineering, DevOps, large scale installations.
