Senior Full Stack Developer

Passenger develops innovative transportation solutions that drives the world towards more cost effective and environmentally friendly transportation.

We are searching for an experienced Senior full-stack developer with extensive experience developing Android- and iOS applications, and Java- and Javascript to join our team in Malmö as tech lead or possibly CTO.

Who are we and what have we accomplished till now?

Passenger develops innovative transportation solutions that drives the world towards more cost effective and environmentally friendly transportation.

We've built the world's first dynamic real-time combined mobility service making it easy, cost effective and environmentally friendly for people to get where they want to go.

As we've completed our first MVP which we've built with native android (Java), node.js & firebase we are now moving into developing a more complete version of the plattform in iOS.

What's our challenge now?

We have a solid basic platform (MVP). Taking the next step in our growth journey we need to iterate on the best ways to effectively expand on that and build a more complete & user friendly plattform. How about we improve our UX? OR bring some social add-ons to empower community engagement? OR should we discuss some kind of gamification with positive triggers? These are some of the questions, we'd love to have you in our table to discuss.

We're a passionate and fast-paced team with ambitious growth goals. Apart from crushing the numbers we aspire to build the best combined mobility plattform.

Skills & Requirements

We're now looking for an experienced tech lead to direct the product roadmap, be our full-stack developer and possibly our CTO. The immediate next step for you would be to study our code and understand our current platform in detail. We want to you have opinions on everything, from tech stack choices, scalability challenges and deployment issues, to product features and business model.
