SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Role description
We are looking for a talented System Admin to join a new team within the Tech Organization at Unibet.
You must liaise and collaborate cross-functionally with various members in our offices worldwide and coordinate the change, release management and maintenance of different 3rd party application systems. You will recommend resolution to complex matters of significance and coordinate the implementation of the approved course of action.
The role involves heavy interface and working closely with other key members of the IT Services team and stakeholders with different focus & areas of expertise which include, however not limited to; Linux/Unix Administrators, DBA’s, Application Developers, Network Administrators, Business Intelligence and IT Operations staff.

Key accountabilities of this role are.
-System Administration of 3rd party application systems (Adobe Campaign being one of them)
-Coordinate the change management process.
-Create technical documentation of processes and systems in scope
-Manage technical configurations and user access rights
-Deploy software releases in production and test environments
-Alarm, incident, change and problem handling according to ITIL framework
-Coordinate with Business Intelligence Team when required
-Identify new systems that lack technical ownership and take the responsibility to administrate them
We're looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience.
-Five or more years of experience with system administration
-Experience working with software installation/upgrading procedures
-Experience working with file and system maintenance procedures
-Strong skills in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Linux based systems
-Good communication skills to communicate with different stakeholders
-Good analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
-Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work, and multitask
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-You will need to travel with some regularity to our Office in London
Technologies:
-Server OS: RedHat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, Windows 2003/2008, VMWare
System environments:
-Linux, Nagios, Puppet, Foreman, Git, Splunk, Mysql, Bitbucket.
It's a bonus if you have:
-Experience with ITIL framework
-Experience with Adobe Campaign products
