Digital Banking In Swedbank, Digital Banking is responsible for customer experience, innovation, development and maintenance of channels and tools used in customer interactions. The organization consists of ~600 employees spread over all our home markets. Digital Banking is a rapidly growing unit and we are quickly becoming one of the most important strategic areas of the Swedbank Group.

About the job Swedbank is in the middle of a large transformation where the bank quickly needs to adapt to fast-paced innovation and change in customer expectations. Digital Banking is in the center of this journey and is in many ways driving the change.

The cross functional team you will be joining is developing Swedbank's next generation engagement and personal financial management services. The ambition is to provide a complete overview of our customers' financials which is the most important building block to remain the financial access point for our customers – keeping the digital relationship in our channels.

We are looking for a technical lead that will take a leading role for the design of the solutions the team develops as well as to coach the team's software engineers.

In this position, you will:

Deliver secure, appropriate and reliable IT services for Digital Banking
Create architectural descriptions (when needed) and lead the approval process.
Take part in system design & development
Improve our Test Automation way of working
Promote good ideas and constantly improve the way of working for the team
Solve challenging problems
Proactively reduce the technical gaps
Work fully Agile focusing on delivering high customer value

What you need to succeed To excel in this role you will need:

At least 5 years experience as a System Developer / Technical Lead
Experience in agile way of working
Fluency in both Swedish and English
Good knowledge in: Java, REST, JSON, Design patterns, Angular, SCSS, Jasmine
Experience in: Junit 4, GIT, NPM, ES6, Typescript, Javascript is considered strong advantage
