Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: We are looking for an outstanding Creative to join our Gothenburg based team. As a Creative at DigitasLBi you combine killer designs with a proven ability to make strong decisions, developing original creative concepts and approaches. You push your team to deliver stunning work, drive teams to exceed expectations on all levels and work seamlessly across departments to deliver the best work possibly. Furthermore you contribute to the development of all things digital, drive the collaborative efforts of the project´s creative, UX and tech teams and oversee project design all the way to execution. As a Creative you are expected to be client facing, behave as a thought leader within this agency and in the industry, public speaking and writing on our behalf.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: To be successful in this role we believe that you have many years of experience in a creative leadership role and at least a few years working experience from a digital agency, preferably with a copy background. We see that you have the ability to provide clear direction so that your team can get down to business and timely feedback to keep work on budget and schedule. You have recognized expertise in one of the following areas: advertising, collateral, identity, interactive design and a strong working knowledge of interaction design, UX design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process. Additionally you have top notch storytelling skills, impeccable presentation skills and you talk about work in imaginative ways. You love all things digital, are on an eternal quest for digital mastery and you have a belief that unicorns do indeed exist.
