OM TJÄNSTEN
Swedbank’s new journey has begun, a massive digitalization project and roll-out of the new CRM tool to all branches and Savings Bank in Sweden. In parallel, they are building up the new Employee Tools focused in managing and improving the portfolio of applications they provide to branches and contact centers. For Swedbank to succeed they are now looking for Software Engineers within Java. The role will include working with requirements, design and implementation of technical solutions based on technologies such as Java, AngularJS and REST.

As a Software Engineer you will be working in a team of six people who value your contribution. Your closest manager trusts the team where they all take great responsibility for their own tasks and share knowledge to others.

This is a consultant assignment. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at Swedbank. The assignment is long term and will be full time. There are good opportunities to be recruited on the assignment, given that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Java developer at Swedbank, you will be working with the latest technology. You will be a part of an agile team and work with programming, writing tests, launches of systems and management.

You will also be responsible for:
* Deciding on how to build the solutions within architecture frames

* Solving and deploying solutions of incidents and problems
* Continuously updating existing documentation for the services
* Participating and following maintenance processes (incident, problem, event as applicable)
* Ensuring quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software.

This position suits you who are a passionate programmer and want to have a future at one of the largest banks in Sweden. A potential next step for you in your carreer is working as a Team Manager or Architect at Swedbank. VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Have an academic degree in IT

* Have experience working agile, preferably according to Jira.
* Have at least one year of experience from Java/Web development and J2EE
* Experience in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript and Git, and the ability to write structured and semantic code
* Have good communication skills in English

As a person you are accurate and capable to independently plan and implement the releases but also a team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and learning from your colleagues. You are passionate about working with development, solve problems and are motivated by learning and taking on new responsibilities. Good communications skills are essential, and you can get a message across in a pedagogic manner even to colleagues outside your discipline.
