För vår uthyrningsverksamhet letar vi efter en IT Application manager/Project Maintenance ansvarig för en av våra största kunder i Göteborg.

Work description :
The Application Manager manages application components throughout their lifecycle. The key objective for the Application Manager is to deliver each component to an IT service for business customers at agreed cost, quality and performance according to defined SLA's and OLA's.

The Application Manager is accountable for related aspects of designing, testing, operating and improving the technology/ application.
This role is also responsible for developing and/or managing the skills and resources required operating the applications/infrastructure that is needed to deliver the IT services.

As the role is for applications within the Data Warehouse services, it is important to have good knowledge and experience from Data Warehouse concept and principles. It is beneficial if the candidates have good knowledge of development in a data warehouse project.
Experience with offshore work is preferable.

Technology/Application Management
•Ensure that delivery meets business/service requirements
•Optimize resource utilization in a cost effective manner
•Lead operating reviews for the technology/application with Service Owners/ Managers and Management/Senior Management

•Perform lifecycle planning and management of the technology/application
•Coordinate the lifecycle plan with other technologies, applications, projects and services.
•Recommend KPI's and targets for an IT Service's SLA/OLA specification

•Monitor and follow up KPI's and performance reports
•Drive continuous improvements as indicated from measurements
•Ensure that maintenance framework (model, tools, processes, templates, portfolio) are used, improved and measured as decided and intended when applicable

Technology/Application Support
•Lead Service/Application/Operations Analysts to ensure swift resolution of problems within SLA targets and work proactively to prevent incidents from occurring
•Lead Service/Application/Operations Analysts to ensure that their targets are met, specifically with data and information driven problem resolving
•Act as escalation point for performance issues

Who are you?
•Strong IT knowledge and IT service management and IT process such as Release management, configuration management etc. is a must.
•Strong communication skills and structured.
•Good knowledge and skills in Data Warehousing and Business intelligence is strongly preferred.
•Good knowledge in Project management is strongly preferred.

The successful candidate must have a structure way of working, familiar with the concept and creation of business case and good skills in presenting it to concerned organization.
It is also important that the candidate has the ability to support customers with business analysis abilities and business development.

Good understanding of international Companies requirements of internal IT and business processes and routines is vital.

No subcontractors for this assignment.
Swedish fluently in speech and writing is a requirement.
