Senior Developer to Software Development (Stockholm or Copenhagen)

We are looking for a Senior Developer to take an important role in shaping Nordea's Contact Centre services for future banking.   Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Software Development where we are responsible for integration and middleware development. We develop customization and integration, and since our main software is not developed in-house, our technical work is also to act within applications possibilities of configuration and scripting.  
 
As Senior Developer, you will work with technical development to our core platform Genesys CTI and other connected systems in the Contact Centre area. Always with a strong focus to the customers.  
 
You will be involved in all development and enhancements of applications and services in Remote CX value stream within the Genesys contact center platform, as well as customer interaction capabilities via digital services, such as chat, calls, instant video meetings, routing features, Contact Centre solution and social medias etc.
 
The role is based in Stockholm or Copenhagen.
