The Merchant support department delivers hard-to-beat service to the e-stores that use our payment services. To further improve the quality towards the merchants and optimize our internal work, we are looking for a talented support technician.
As a 2nd line technician, you will be a part of team that works with building and supporting integration solutions between Klarna and our e-stores. As you love to use your programming skills in all sorts of areas, you will also invest time in creating technical solutions to make the department's internal work more efficient.
The role consists of 3 elements
. Service desk tasks, supporting Klarnas e-stores on a 2nd line level
. Project participation - Automation of processes, bug fix, etc.
. Development of new functions and technical solutions
In order to excel in this position, you need to:
. Like solving tricky problems in stressful situations
. Take lead on solving larger cases in cooperation with other departments, such as Engineering, Risk and Sales, within the company.
. Fluency in Swedish and English language
. Have a university degree supporting the above and/or have acquired the skills through practical work within the field.
You are outgoing, eager to learn and always strive to overachieve.
