Intranet Operations Manager

But now we want to be even better! We’re looking for a passionate Intranet Operations Manager for our Internal Communications Department.

Who you are
About the jobYou will work closely with our Intranet Manager to support the development of our intranet and internal collaboration channels. You are responsible for the support and improvement of our intranet. You scout new solutions and prepare technical requirements for implementation together with IT. You will communicate with major stakeholders and create training and support material.
Who you areYou are service-minded, friendly and meticulous - a self-motivated SharePoint expert. You are pro-active in problem resolution and take full ownership from problem-definition to solution. You appreciate business needs, have strong communications skills and are hands-on. You demonstrate professionalism and confidence in making recommendations and are updated on new technologies, with focus on Office 365. What you know

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Sharepoint expert
Office 365 expertise
SEO for intranets
Usability, content management and web design expertise.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Excellent English, both written and spoken.
Swedish is a plus, but not a must.
