The digital transformation initiative in Processing Solutions & Equipment, strive to embrace the digital transformation within all four major areas: Processing Solutions Business, Projects, Supplier Management and Production, and expand the opportunities with digital into customer values. The initiative is part of the digital transformation initiative of Tetra Pak involving close collaboration with other entities across the company.

In this position you will be working with various Processing Solutions & Equipment domain experts and business development managers to connect our domain knowledge and data analytics and turn it into insights valuable to our customers. You will report to the Digital Officer, PS&E and be based in Lund, Sweden. The position requires travelling approximately 10-20%.

Main responsibilities
.Lead the process of gathering relevant data about topics related to Tetra Pak business across the value chain, and turn the data into meaningful information and actionable knowledge
.Provide statistical and analytics expertise to all PS&E entities and build the expertise in the area
.Be the glue in between our domain experts and business development activities in the analytics activities
.Be a strong digital change ambassador, translating and communicating the opportunities with analytics, into an easy-to-understand language.
.Keep on top of global analytics/machine learning/AI trends and build the analytics competence within the organization

Qualifications
Educational background and experience:
University degree in Engineering, Mathematical statistics or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience with data analytics projects

Coding:
Knowledge of ETL development. Experience with distributed databases and query languages such as SQL, Python, Scala, Hive/Pig and/or general map reduce computing is a plus. Knowledge of common data structures and ability to write efficient code in at least one language is a plus.

Data analysis, statistics and math:
Deep knowledge of applied statistics and analytics. Experience in collecting & processing data, and performing statistical analysis using standard statistical tools and techniques. Proven track record of having identified patterns and make correlations in data sets to identify new opportunities for improvements in business processes, products or services.

Business intelligence:
Good understanding of operational processes, KPI's and decision supporting systems - production, quality/lean six sigma, maintenance and logistics.

Personality:
As a person, you have a genuine passion for applied analytics combined with a strong business acumen. You are a team player with an ability of thinking out of the box, providing new perspectives. You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and are comfortable to collaborate in a global working environment
