QA Automation Engineer to Specops

Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find a QA Automation Engineer to the security company Specops. Specops is a successful, global, fast-growing and award-winning software company and due to their success they now need to strengthen their QA team with a skillful automation tester and test developer.
About the role

As a QA Automation Engineer at Specops your role will be multifaceted. Partly leading Specops QA efforts within your own development team and partly be a key player in their test automation efforts on the whole in collaboration with the other QA´s. Meaning that you will be part of one of their agile teams working hands-on with test automation and test development, therefore the role require you to be a skilled developer and a experienced QA-tester. 
As a key member of the team you will plan, develop and run tests, be part of all stages of SDLC and care about the quality of Specops products, analyze and suggest the optimal approach to test automation for a set of products, develop and maintain test frameworks and the existing Selenium tests as well as working with testing activities as part of the work in sprints, including manual testing. You will also have great opportunities to operate your own initiatives and ideas along with talented colleagues.
What Specops is looking for

In the role as QA Automation Engineer you probably have a minimum of 3 years combined experience as both a developer using the Microsoft stack and a QA Test Automation Engineer. You probably enjoy being the go-to person for your colleagues regarding QA issues. You have experience from development in C#/.NET and a good understanding of Selenium and PowerShell. You have also previously created and implemented automated tests using BDD and Continuous Integration and have a deep understanding of the process. As a person you are driven, self propelled, methodical and has a sense of humor. You are a team player that get motivated when you succeed in cooperation with others.
