Dfind IT is on behalf of our client Celemi looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist. Celemi is an international and leading provider of strategic communication and learning, with a focus on experiential learning and business simulations. Celemi is now on an exciting journey to digitalize their business, and they are looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication to support their global sales team. At Celemi you will become part of an international and dynamic team. Along with talented and experienced colleagues, you will be able to develop yourself in your professional role. You will work at their HQ in central Malmö and will be part of the Sales & Marketing team and report to the VP of Sales.

Your work assignments
Your number one priority is to help our global sales team by generating new incoming leads. We believe this is best done by an interesting webpage which is easy to find, combined with innovative communication in content marketing, online ads, newsletters and social media marketing. This role includes working in Wordpress, Google Analytics, SEO as well as various social media channels. You will produce and publish content and campaigns on our website and our social media channels.

You will also be part of the team creating sales support tools. Together with our sales team and our internal consultants, you will design and produce tools to help our sales team and partners through various stages of the sales workflow. Some of the tools we use today include videos, online tests and mobile solutions. Your main tasks will be copywriting tasks in English and be responsible for producing internal and external newsletters to generate leads, and the databases connected with these.

This is a consultant assignment. Dfind IT will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at Celemi. The assignment will be full time for 1 year. After the period, there will be an opportunity to be employed by Celemi, given that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation.

Your background
To be the person that we seek, we believe that you should have some kind of education and relevant experience working in this field. The focus will be on communication, therefore, you should have high writing skills in English. You are interested in Growth Hacking and have knowledge of best practices related to SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Wordpress. It is a strong advantage if you have experience of HTML and CSS.

Celemi is a global company and you will be responsible for the global webpage. It is imperative that you communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing. A good understanding of Swedish will help you communicate with colleagues and suppliers.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized and eager to both learn and contribute in our growing organization. You should have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking whilst also being comfortable with practical tasks. For the role, it is also important that you are creative, commercially driven and innovative. We have an open-minded atmosphere at Celemi and you will work closely with the management. You are expected to take full responsibility, to help when needed and to take the initiative within your area of responsibility.
