Our client, TeliaSonera has been working with TV-services since 2005 and is one of the leading players in Sweden within this area with over 1 million TV-customers in the Nordic region. TV is one of the key focus areas of TeliaSonera and “TV from Telia” is offered on traditional TV-sets as well as smartphone and tablets. Group Technology - Products & Services has the responsibility for the overall TV architecture, development and maintenance of the common TV-platform. Within our unit we work agile and have several Scrum-teams which include architects, developers and testers.

We are seeing an increasing demand of personalization and an seamless experience causing us to actively push development of exiting new personalization and data intensive features using new technologies such as Apache Cassandra and non-blocking web services.

Therefore, we are looking to expand and find a consultant working with development of our backend applications/microservices together with our backend development team in a time limited assignment. The position is placed in Gothenburg with start as soon as possible . You will be employed by Dfind IT and be a part of our growing Software consultant team.

Skills and Requirements:

• (Required) Working experience from Java 6 and Java 8.

• (Required) Working experience of developing REST API:s (Resteasy, …).

• Working experience from Linux, shell scripting, networking.

• Working experience from development tools Intellij IDEA and/or Eclipse.

• Working experience from using Apache Maven build system.

• Working experience from databases Postgres and/or Apache Cassandra.

• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English (Swedish is meriting)

• Experience from the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Git, Jenkins

• Experience from Docker, Ansible, Jenkins is meriting.

• (Preferred) Working experience with Application Servers, preferably SpringBoot or JBoss AS.
