Job description

As Game Server Developer at NetEnt’s Game Studio you will be part of an agile development team with Frontend Developers, QA engineers and Graphical Designers.

This position will give you the chance to join our journey of creating some of the most exciting games in the online casino industry. You’ll get the opportunity to learn new technologies and develop your skills while helping us achieve our goal of providing the best games on the market. 

Innovation in our games is of high importance, this requires our developers to be able to come up with creative solutions to continue pushing the boundaries of online casino gaming. Here you would work in a self-propelled, agile team with Developers, Testers, Sound designers and Animators. 

What you will do here

Your main responsibility will be to create games for NetEnt with focus on server side game logic of the best online casino games available whilst your work tasks will be everything from planning cross functional stories with the team, driving CI/CD within the game server product to developing new games. 

Day-to-day work can be anything from diving into some java code, improving our in-house frameworks or even experimenting with new technologies.

You will also be part of a game server competence group to help improve our products with CI/CD, this means that you love automating your day-to-day tasks for integrating and testing our game code.
