Job description:
7+ Years of relevant Experience
Retail Banking (Savings) experience
Design based on customer insights, business goals, and technical opportunities. Your most important tool is the UX design process, all the way from research to testing.
You work iteratively and usage tests continuously to ensure that your design creates value for our customers and the bank.
work in agile and cross-functional teams consisting of one or more UX designers, product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
Feel comfortable arguing for the value of your design and can motivate your design decisions for the various stakeholders of the projects.
Design thinking and we will be extra happy if you can also facilitate workshops.
you have a few years of experience working with user-centered responsive websites or mobile apps.
