UCG 082005 UI/UX Designer

Assignment description
- The scope of the work is to assist as UX lead for the "shopping area".
- a day at work will look like:
..Optmise with the team and Business solutions, the check-out, new payment options (Alipay in China…), the ecommerce launch in the different countries, selling services online.
..Translate UX concepts and visions into a reality in the different digital touchpoints, and secure that the solutions are connected in systems and platforms by operationally leading UX project teams consisting of visual designers, interaction designers and prototypers.
.. Facilitate website optimization by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.

Location: Malmö

Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.

Required experience for this roll:
- UX knowledge especially in the online business.
- Agile way of working.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Solid understanding of user centered design, testing methodologies and usability and accessibility requirements.
- Previous experience leading (UX) project teams to successfully complete th assignmets, as well as leading yourself and others within the context of cross functional, matrix and line organisations.

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.

The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
