Senior Developer to Software Development (Stockholm or Copenhagen)

We are looking for a Senior Developer to take an important role in shaping Nordea's Contact Centre services for future banking.   The offer

You’ll join Software Development unit where we are responsible for integration and middleware development. We develop customization and integration, and since our main software is not developed in-house, our technical work is also to act within applications possibilities of configuration and scripting.
 
As Senior Developer, you will work with technical development to our core Genesys platform and other connected systems in the Contact Centre area. Always with a strong focus to the customers.
 
You will be involved in all development and enhancements of applications and services in Remote CX value stream within the Genesys contact center platform, Remote CX develop as well as customer interaction capabilities via digital services, such as chat, calls, instant video meetings, routing features, Contact Centre solution and social medias etc.
 
Nordea have of one of the largest Genesys environments in the Nordics and covers the whole Genesys portfolio. We take pride in being up to date with new technology and products, which we develop completely inhouse having a direct support agreement with genesys.  
 
The role is based in Stockholm or Copenhagen.

Your background would include working with several of the following subjects:   JavaScript   SIP/VoIP   SQL   C#   Java Programing (Java Core, J2ee)   MVC   MVVM Framework   Spring Framework Event based Web Development   Genesys or nuance technical knowledge will be an advantage
