Lead Software Engineer

In this role you'll be responsible for designing and building a system that is used to manage work life of freelancers out in the market. You will have to take the lead role in designing the architecture, and be the main responsible person for technical planning, development and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities
• Taking lead role in tech planning, development, QA and releasing the product
• Mentoring the team in the right direction
• Taking active role in designing and developing complicated parts of the system
• Architecture of scalable applications for international use

Qualifications
• 10 or more years of experience of System development, specifically with .NET tech stack
• 10 or more years of experience with ASP.NET, C# and MSSQL Server
• Deep knowledge and understanding of RDBMS
• Sufficient knowledge in frontend technologies such as CSS3, JavaScript libraries such as AngularJs, VueJs and React
• Experience of leading a team of 10 or more developers
• Strong knowledge in issue tracking systems such as JIRA
• Strong knowledge in version control systems such as GIT
• Deep knowledge of designing and managing system integrations, and RESTful APIs
• Self-driven, proactive and social personality
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Basic knowledge in Swedish is a merit.
