We are in the middle of a fast moving expansion and therefore we are searching for a brilliant System Developer!Working as a System Developer with us you will take part in bringing our system Netcompetence Talent Portal to the next level. You will become a crucial part in our ambition becoming the world leading Talent Management solution for midsized to large companies.

We are searching for someone who:

* Is result oriented and gets things done
* Is prestige less – the important thing is not to win a discussion but to find the best solution
* Have a genuine desire to always search for the best for the customer, both short sight and long sight
* Is structured and organized – likes to follow our own code standard and contribute to its improvement
* Is pragmatic – willing to accept that the customer wants to have a solution different from the one that you prefer
* Is a team player – enjoys the company of others and likes both giving and taking
* Prefers simple and smart solutions prior to big and complex ones

Requested competence
At least 6 years of experience from .Net Web Development and to master techniques like:

* ASP.NET MVC development with C#
* MS-SQL
* Linq
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
* Very good knowledge in English

It is qualifying if you also have experience from:

* ASP.NET Webforms development with C#
* Unit tests
* Reporting Services
* Windows Server  + IIS administration
* TFS
* MS SQL administration
* Swedish
