You will be part of a cross-functional team that develops an in-house software solution for automation of acceptance tests in test rigs of different kinds. Our application is a keyword-based test framework for writing, executing and maintaining test scripts. The intent is to provide possibilities for non-programmers to create concise, portable and easily maintainable tests. The application is written in Python (backend) and HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript (frontend). The application extends the open-source test framework RobotFramework (http://robotframework.org) with a web GUI that contains a purpose-built test case editor, a test runner and configuration interface.

What will you do

As a SW developer your main focus will be to develop the in-house software solution. Typical tasks performed in the cross-functional team are design, develop, write tests for your own code, write end user documentation and support end user.

The cross-functional team possess skills in Python development, software architecture, Robot Framework and front end development (Javascript). In our team deliveries, everyone is expected to contribute. We expect that a Software developer works well in teams, is proactive, creative, share experiences, has drive and takes responsibility.

Required qualifications

• Several years of experience from Software Developing

• Good knowledge in Python and C

Meritorious

• Javascript, Java

• experience from agile way of working

• GIT, Jira and Jenkins or other CI tools
