About Tipser

Tipser is a new ecosystem for distributed e-commerce. We have developed a tag-along shopping cart and tools for user-curated pop-up shops on content platforms. Besides being a tool that powers +3 000 small web stores, we also provide our service to major platforms and publishers wishing to run an e-commerce operation without owning the supply chain. We currently operate on the Swedish market although our goal is international. We think e-commerce does not need to be static and we prefer to bring a relevant shop to the consumer rather than bringing the consumer to the shop.

About you

We are looking for developers that move freely between languages and work with attention to details. Since we are such a small company, your responsibility will be huge, but we will support you, promise. We are producing new functionality and new integrations continuously. You will be developing close to the market and our partners within publishing and brands. You should have experience from server- and client side development. Experience from e-commerce and/or transactional systems is a bonus (for us)!

This is where you excel

• C# / Scala or other imperative + functional languages
• Building responsive sites in HTML 5, CSS 3 + JavaScript
• Client-side UI frameworks (React, AngularJS, Ember or similar)
• Automated testing, unit testing and E2E testing (Protractor, Selenium or similar)

The cash

We are a bootstrapped company and salaries are modest. On the other hand we can offer other incentives such as equity/ partnership to a person with the right qualifications and mindset.

We are provokingly optimistic, rather visionary and not too bad on a social level. We get to work with some of the major Swedish media houses and e-commerce companies and we expect to be taking on a few international partners soon. Our offices are in central Stockholm close to Nybroplan. Rather posh area, but near the venture capital and, we can have food trucks park just outside the door during our after works.
