ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a tech manager in either our Stockholm or Borås office. The position starts as soon as we find the right candidate.

In the role as a tech manager you will make sure that we produce, deliver, run and maintain our digital solutions for our customers in the most professional and highest quality minded way. Your work is a wide variety between running and planning projects, testing and onboarding customers and support & monitor our solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• First line support for our customers
  
• First line monitoring responsibilities; you make sure you monitor our key customers and take proactive actions that makes our customers feel secure.
  
• You will be testing our applications before we ship it to the customer
  
• You will be helping our customer from a distance or on-location with setting up the hardware and onboarding
  
• You will be managing projects by gathering materials, talk to customers and monitor our deadlines.
  
• Together with the Creative Director and the CTO you plan the resources and communicate about realistic deadlines to the sales team.
  

REQUIRED TO HAVE

Perfect in communication, both in English and Swedish

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in a MacOS environment.
  
• Experience in a project management environment, with tools like Trello or Pivotal Tracker.
  
• You have a strong technical interest or experience in Digital Signage, Touch devices and other digital solutions focused on retail.
  
• You have worked before with Hardware from Elo Touch, LG, Samsung or other.
  
• You know your way in a Unix environment, like a terminal.
  
• You have any programming knowledge or interest.
