What we do
About the platform
The OPS is an advanced and highly transaction intensive gaming and account system, handling player data, wagers, payments and game specific business rules and is widely used by gaming operators around the world. Currently, we are expanding the product feature set and integrating several third party providers as well as continuously increasing performance and reliability.
About the work
You will be responsible for the overall test strategy of the OPS platform and you will work together with the developers to further increase test coverage of the product. We are using test driven development with continuous integration using Jenkins. You will be a member of a highly competent team with great opportunities to learn and share both knowledge and experiences.
The "can do" spirit
We believe that you have previous experience from financial or gaming systems or other similar systems. Since NYX Interactive is a truly international company, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both in writing and speech. You probably have a university degree in the relevant area, or have alternatively achieved corresponding knowledge elsewhere.
Must haves include:
- A minimum of 5 years experience of hands-on software quality assurance
- Knowledgeable in a wide range of QA techniques
- Good knowledge and experience of automated testing using test scripts
- A minimum of 2 years of experience from HTTP and script languages such
as Python
- A minimum of 2 years of experience from working with SQL
The awe factor
- Knowledge and experience of Windows and IIS
- Knowledge and experience of Linux and Shell Scripting
- Knowledge of C++ and C#
