Senior Software Development Engineer

The CSG Assure team is growing and we are looking to strengthen our team with a senior developer working with new feature development of our software solutions.

CSG Assure is a market leading software platform used by service providers worldwide to secure the Voice, SMS, Data service quality in the international telecom network. CSG Assure is used by over 150 telecom providers worldwide, including leading companies.

Key technologies used in the system are .Net, Azure, Linux, Android and we are continuously adding new features and technologies. This means that there are constantly new challenges that we need to approach, learn and master.

As a senior developer, you will be part of the highly skilled Assure R&D team working in an efficient Agile development environment. You will be Involved in all parts of the product development cycle focusing on new feature development. The focus will be development of the Linux based and Android based mobile test probes.

We think that you have a natural talent for programming, that you are analytical and enjoy working in a dynamic environment creating high-tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for developing assigned new product features
•Analyze the business requirements and create feature descriptions
•Implement the feature in close cooperation with the R&D architects
•Perform unit testing and peer review
•Involved in the initial customer deployment

Required Skills and Experience

Skills and Experience in several of the following areas

•5+ years of software design and development experience
•Experience in C++, preferably on Linux platform
•Multithreading programming knowledge
•Knowledge in 2G, 3G or LTE modem development
•Completed postgraduate degree in computer science or similar

Skills and Experience in the following areas are meriting

•Android development experience
•Knowledge in GSM/WCDMA/LTE layer 3 protocols
•Knowledge in network programming and network protocols TCP/IP
•Boost knowledge
•Experience in .Net development
•Experience in Azure cloud services
