Software developer
Dfind is currently looking for software developers to work with our industry-leading customer in the 4G and 5G-networks segment. They use Cloud Native technologies and tools to develop these products on a container based micro-service architecture. To be able to utilize the cloud technology and build a product with cloud native attributes in the best possible way, they need to strengthen their common components development, that will be used by network functions (NF) in the Cloud system. Most of the product code is written in Erlang and C/C++, and they use Linux as OS.

You will be hired by Dfind as a part of our growing Software consultant team.

We are looking for three different competence profiles specified below.

Pipeline

Technical skills:

• Deployment & Orchestration technologies: Mesos, OpenStack, Ansible, Spinnaker, Docker, Kubernetes
• Open Source server software: NGINX, RabbitMQ, Redis, ElasticSearch
• Scalable networking technologies: Load balancers, Firewalls & Web standards (REST API, Web Security Mechanisms)
• Python
• Git
Typical tasks:

• Troubleshooting of infrastructure/backend tools
• Support development teams
• Integrate open source software
• Drive strategic technical leadership and Packet Core interest in Ericsson communities

Containerization

Key competences:

• Software Development
• Trouble shooting
• Presentation skills
• Experience from open source development
• Experience from virtualization and containers
• Experience of data communication
• Basic Telecom Knowledge
Technical skills:

• Application platform design
Typical tasks:

• Integrate open source software
• Developing framework components
• Configuration and Integration open source software
• Troubleshooting
• Support development teams

O&M

Technical skills:

• Javascript
• Node.js
• Prometheus
• Front-end / Ux design
• Scripts
Typical tasks:

• Integrate open source software in the Configuration Management (CM), Performance Management (PM) and Fault Management (FM) areas
• Developing framework components
• Develop front-end (GUI)
• Drive strategic technical leadership and Packet Core interest in Ericsson communities
For all roles, you need to be fluent in English, written and spoken.

Education required:

BSc or MSc level in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
