Agile Software/ Sub-System Tester - TRCS-SEST01625713

JOB PURPOSE:

You will be part of the onboard test team in Stockholm with daily interaction with development, system engineering and other testers. Together we develop the best Automatic Train system in the world.
We are currently ongoing an agile transformation, where there will be many challenges along the road for you to dig into. We hope that you will bring your creativity, lean/agile mind-set and enthusiasm to join us on our journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Transfer requirements into test cases / test scripts, and execute both in PC environment and at target hardware
• Analyze test results, understand how SW and HW interacts, trace faults to its source and report deviations.
• Write reports and plans within the projects you are involved
• Responsible for documents like Test Specification, Test Environment Specification and Test Records
• For the right candidate there will be many opportunities to make use of and continue to develop your leadership and technical skills, and that way ramp-up your responsibilities and role.

• BSc. or MSc in Engineering/Computer Science
• Min 2-5 years’ experience of software/system testing in development projects
• Good programming skills: C, C++, C#
• Knowledge of tools such as RTC (or similar agile tools), DOORS and Synergy, as well as knowledge of ERTMS are considered added-values.
• Self-motivated person, open to challenges and changes
• Reliable to meet short deadlines
• Fluent English is mandatory for this role. Swedish language skills represent an advantage
• Experience from agile methodology / lean and documented leadership skills is highly valued
