Product Owner

We are looking for a experienced Product Owner's who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will be responsible day to day for working very closely with the dedicated squads to deliver on time and on budget and with features and UI/UX that amaze our customers.

Product Owner responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. You must be passionate about client impact and delivering great features.

Responsibilities
- Working very closely with the Head of Product Management, develop a deep understanding of customer needs based on the feedback
provided by product marketing research and
- Identify useful features to be developed, based on client needs and the impact on client operations
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, use cases and prototypes
- Drive buy-in within the development squads for agreed functionality and deadlines
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Set sprint goals
- Plan releases and upgrades
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
- Analyze preferences and requests of end users
- Refine our agile methodology together with the agile coach based on results and client feedback
- Keep track of industry trends
- Motivate the dedicated squads by sharing mid to long term plans and product vision and sharing client needs
- Qualify, define and incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap
- Prioritize the backlog of features
- Define testing plans, acceptance criteria and roll-out plans, working with test engineers and product marketing
- Integrate client feedback in future roadmap decisions and feature development
- Communicate any slippage in product deadlines and roadmaps and propose solutions to resolve
- Ensure all releases are of quality, make significant client impact and are delivered based on agreed functionality and time commitments
to clients

- Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
- Familiarity with agile is a must
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Excellent team spirit and good communication abilities
- Ability to motivate teams to hit agreed outcomes
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

- Excellent organizational and documentational skills
