The mission
You will be working with an experienced team of developers and testers to help build our brand-new, market-leading, platform using JavaScript React, Node.js, and the Microsoft .NET framework. The platform is highly modular and divided in components and micro services and deployed with cloud-services. Primarily you will be working with the development teams based in Malmö but also assist teams based at our offices in Malta and Estonia.
Score: 10 points for a bull’s eye, 5 for a “sure, I can do that” and just skip to the next point for “meh” and below).
Coordinate multi-location development teams to work as effectively as possible
Coordinate when tasks require cross-platform development
Manage Sprint Planning and Retrospective meetings
Manage Daily Scrum meetings
Educate and teach Scrum best practices across the organisation
Manage any impediments that can arise during Sprints
With the help of Scrum techniques (like burn down chart), measure velocity to be better at predicting speed and productivity
Communicate release notes and dates to the rest of the organization.

At least 2 years’ experience working as a Scrum Master
MoSCoW prioritization
JavaScript, .NET, PHP application development
Passionate about Scrum, Agile processes
Good teaching methodology
A natural at coordinating multi-location teams
Great communication skills
Proactive, independently drives the work forward
iGaming experience is a plus, though not a requirement
Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
Able to adapt to a fast and changing environment.
